Workshop Proper Tools for drawing manga

hi everyone


i have a problem that needs real help ..............
i just started learning about manga and stuff,and i really want to buy the proper tools to draw the characters i like,
problem is manga tools are not available in my country,and shipping them from amazon is impossible ,as they said so.
and i don't know no one overseas that can ship me the stuff,
so if you would like to help a desperate kid in his delima thank you so much,and god bless you.

For manga I usually go digital because it's very easy to get the proper line art for it, if you want to go the digital route my suggestions art to get manga studio or paint tool sai(there's a full version for free if googled) I use that one XD if going the traditional route , walmart (if you have one where you live usually have tonal gray markers and dip pens with removing tips , and ink that comes in a (to me) large amount. But if just starting all you really need is a pencil , pen ,paper the effects that shonjo manga gives off ( like that sparkle effect and airy feels) can be acheived with pencil shading of different pressure use , if looking for a more shonen type of feel use a more hard pressure , then if ready go over it with a sharp and or normal ball pointed pen , when done with the finial work , scan it and print a copy, then with the original one , do some adjustments in the future if you'd like (if need any further help PM me XD !!

Yeah you might have to just draw digitally or normal pencil pen and paper until you have the means to expend big money on that. Probably the best way to also see if you truly are serious about drawing.
