Sorry if this in the wrong place, but I have a really quick question that needs to be answered ASAP!

The old lady who asked Leorio and Gon a question before they passed over shadowed what?

Can anyone answer? Only hint I have is that this question was only up to the new anime's first arc(after the HXH exam)

Her question foreshadows many things.
In particular it foreshadows Killua's choice in recent chapters.
He had to decide between family or friend. He figured how to save both.

So it didn't forshadow anything in the hunter exam in the 2011 anime so far?

It foreshadows nothing in Hunter Exam. It foreshadows Killua's situation. Gon never thought that he would be one of the people in the choice.

I disagree. I think the Hunter Exam was FURTHER foreshadowing of the question.

Trick Tower is one. Who makes the sacrifice to stay behind?
Of course Gon found a way around the question.
But then will Gon always be able to do that?

Another one is Zevil Island.
Gon had a choice. Let someone else die so he could get Hisoka's badge.
Or risk his own neck to get Hisoka's badge. (Of course there's only not getting the badge)
While Gon did decide against letting Hisoka kill his friends he was perfectly fine with
a (presumably) innocent man like Agon get murdered by Hisoka.
How far is Gon willing to go to get his way?

Final exam. Killua vs Illumi.
Fight Illumi and probably be tortured or give up allow Illumi to murder Gon.
Can Killua ever redeem himself?

Actually I say the whole Hunter Exam from leaving whale island to returning to whale island is one big foreshadow of the manga
