It's MQ/HQ imo, if you fix the grays this will be indeed HQ

I agree with Cipo. Imho it's MQ/HQ. So, are you interested to clean Bakuman?

One. Overlevelled the whites so much, there aren't any grays left in her hair in the last panel.

Two. Be careful to watch the grays, first panel, the curtains look a bit overlevelled.

Three. Watch the details when you're levelling, have a spot of gray which you look at when you level, and use that as a guidepoint to see how much you need to level.

The scan should be bigger like around 1200px but don't upscale it to 1200px the raw should be alot bigger around 3000px and than just resize it to 1200px or something.
