Synopsis
Suddenly, high school student Subaru Natsuki has been summoned to another world on the way back from the convenience store. With the biggest crisis of his life being summoned to another world, and with no sign of the one who summoned him, things become even worse when he is attacked. But when he is saved by a mysterious, silver-haired girl with a fairy cat, Subaru attempts to return the favor by helping her track down something that was stolen from her. When they finally manage to get a clue, Subaru and the girl are attacked and killed by someone. Subaru then awakens in the place he was summoned and notices he gained the ability "Returns by Death" and has become a helpless boy that only has the ability to rewind time to a certain point by dying. Beyond the despair, can he save the girl from the fate of death?

Looking at the fact that she is still in a coma even in arc 6, I am really worried... It would be the meanest ending possible for this show. So at least give us a Rem IF OVA, damn it.

Arc 6 is still halfway though. Besides there are still 5 arcs for Subaru to defeat the bishop of gluttony and there are many ship tease moments for SubaRem even while she is in a coma that even Emilia notices it.

P.S: Did i forget to mention that Subaru's main motivation for recovering memories of people eaten by the bishops of gluttony in arc 6 was Rem? In other words Arc 6 is about saving Rem.

To be honest, i kinda expected this ending after i knew that it only has 30 mins airtime. If it has a 1 hour airtime, i would have expected that to happen.

Ok so i'm going to need a bit of help here. I just watched all of the anime, and am I right in thinking that aside from the Original Web Novel, There's also the Light Novel (Which is drawn in manga style just not a serialised release?)
Should I start the Light Novel from the beginning? In any case, what volume does the end of the anime stand in?
Also, where can I find english translations of the Light Novel?

A Light Novel is not drawn in Manga style. It is is basically a normal book with a few illustrations. Of course it has a nomal release. For example volume 9 gets released this week in Japan. That one includes the ending of the Anime. But there is one more chapter in volume 9. The Anime stopped right before that.

You probably won't find an english release anymore, as it was licensed by Yen Press. The first volume was released a while ago.

Source yes, but surely not completely translated. Also the author is changing stuff in the Light Novel.
