Support reading online is not working

possibly IP or region specific? I can't access DDL or RO, but confirmed with friend with different ISP//region and he could access both services fine.

I'm using comcast, you guys?

Wait, the darn thing just "Forbidden" me. Sigh...

I can read online a page at a time OK but downloads have stopped working properly for me. I can select a manga chapter for DDL and the HTTP download starts up but no data is transferred (using both Firefox and Internet Explorer). If I cancel the download and try again I reach the "two downloads" limit and get a Forbidden page from the site. I have to wait until the failed downloads time out on the server before trying again.

We removed all such functions a few months ago [here] due to Shueisha's appeal [here] to stop hosting RAWs and Edited Mangas.
