Well a spoiler thread can be made synoptic.

Reborn: Indeed.
Bya then says that how is it possible with the state that Tsuna is in.

Mukuro says that Reborn words are having an effect on Tsuna.
Reborn says that , that is his way of doing things and that Tsuna isn’t the only one fighting for his life; Uni as well.

Bya talks about how its unlucky for Tsuna to be in such a terrible situation.

Even though you hate fighting, you’re dragged into the fight for the title of boss. After that your biggest misfortune is to come into this time.
