Support Registration

One of my staffs wanted to register and they say when they agree to the Forum Rules there are only blank Register at MangaHelpers and Additional Required Information (profile) forms. I wonder if it's a bug or if you can help!?

I can't seem to reproduce the error. I tried to register a test dupe, and it all went smoothly.

By any chance they blocked MH with NoScript or something similar?

Can you get them to explain further (and a screenshot would help too).

I think I found out what is wrong: The problem is between browsers. In Mozilla Firefox everything is alright, the registration form is viewable but in IE isn't.

Ah as of MH 2.3, we are no longer supporting IE 6 and below. So, for those with IE, it is advisable to upgrade to IE 7 or use a better browser like Firefox.
