Imagine an army of offsprings stronger than Enne tampered by the Workshop to boost them even further, they might surpass FH level.
I think there is no need for workshop if you just let end-game baam and enne breed each other,child comes out of them might be free of laws of tower and even might be able to defeat zahard considering the said nigga will get these

Best shinsu tension gene(V) + Best shinsu shape gene for shinsu tension(Baam)

Copying everyshit technique(most op shit in tower considering she/he can copy every technique including irregulars unless it requires specific bloodline though he will use Blossom's,Gustang's,V's,arlene's and baam's techniques even if it requires bloodline.
And there is also fact that baam might be physically monster like zahard since SIU himself said thorn still makes baam's physical abilites stronger day by day,and this growth doesn't stop.
Growing like baby(he/she might grow during combat like a baby)
And there is sun,i don't think it's possible to inherit this thing,considering it looks more like a soul thing than a bloodline or phyiscal thing.
Plus i'm not sure but considering Baek was able to use shinsu without Adminstrator's contract as well as him being most talented wave controler in tower might confirm(not sure) when your talent is too high you might even be able to free some of laws of tower.
