Avoiding spoilers, Kishimoto has confirmed that Shukkaku uses Magnetic Release which, alongside Son Goku's use of Lava Release, raises the possibility that every Bijuu possesses a Kekkei Genkai.
This theory aims to cover the possible advanced natures of each Bijuu and the reason behind them.
Shukkaku - Magnetic Release (Wind and Lightning)
Confirmed.
Matatabi - Scorch Release (Wind and Fire)
Matatabi is a giant flaming cat with special blue flames which are possibly related to Scorch Release.
Isobu - Ice Release (Wind and Water)
Isobu "coral" might actually be a manifestation of ice cristals since real coral is made of deceased microorganisms.
Son Goku - Lava Release (Earth and Fire)
Confirmed.
Kokuo - Steel Release (Wind and Earth)
Kokuo uses mainly physical attacks which are hard enough to wound even stronger Bijuu, it is possible that Kokuo actually hardens his body with Steel Release before charging against his targets.
Important of notice is that Storm Release was first introduced in the Third Shippuden movie so it wouldn't be surprising if Kishimoto decided to make another KKG of that movie canon.
Saiken - Boil Release (Water and Fire)
Saiken attacks with highly corrosive gases which could be a strong indication he has this advanced nature.
Chomei - Explosive Release (Earth and Lightning)
While not displayed in the manga or the anime, the video games shows it using explosive techniques which could be originated by that advanced nature release.
Gyuki - Storm Release (Water and Lightning)
At a closer look, Gyuuki's ink could actually be a form of Storm Release with water featuring more proeminently than lightning when creating the substance.
Kurama - Ying-Yang Release
Kurama has already been diced into two halves containing each a basic nature of this release, furthermore, Kurama's powers seem more in tune with emotional and chakra manipulating abilities which go well with spiritual energy (Ying Release) and physical energy (Yang Release).
Shinju - Wood Release (Water and Earth)
Not to mention Shinju is a giant tree, Wood Release can suppress Bijuu and absorb chakra which goes in league with the Shinju having rule over other Bijuu and absorbing chakra from every being it comes in contact with.
