I would like your opinion on how well this cleaning is done and tips on how to do it better

It's nice! What did you use to do this cleaning?
By the way, Is it necessary for me to know japanese in order to be a cleaner?

You don't have to be anything to be a cleaner. All you need is a pair of hands, a good eyesight and a decent image editing tool (photoshop or GIMP).

Well, you did a fine job cleaning this chapter but there's one problem though, the first box, can you see that the color in the shoulder turns brownish~ it should be black like the ones before...well that's the only problem on your cleaning but everything's good. so keep it up!

about brownish color..its image modes fault..since its RGB change to grayscale so it becomes black and white and then set it to RGB again and it will stay black and white again and you can use plugins on it again without worrying about it.. heres a pic how it should have looked like( i didnt bother going into details) ..hope this was helpful
