Since the section this thread belongs to is called Davy Backfight, I had no choice but vote for Xebec to win this one with ease.
Other than that I did fall for Xebec‘s personality which mad me vote for him as well and for me being unable to imagine Shanks and Mihawk fighting side by side without getting in each other’s way.

All that said and on a more serious note power level wise I picture him to be above prime Roger (Garp, Roger and remote? Imu plus forces were needed to stop this mad dog on GV) and thus stronger than the current most experienced Yonkou and the WSS who both happen to lack the D. clan membership.

Given all characters are Relative in strength the pair will win.

To me there's no obvious indication that rocks would be particularly stronger than any of the yonko in their primes.

People do remember the longer certain characters are benched the stronger they'll be when they take the field right?
That is shonen logic.

Even though Xebec took out an admiral on his way to Imu's room, we don't know how strong that particular admiral is but we kind of have an idea how strong Shank is. Mihawk too to an extent. Alone, they will lose. But together I think they would win.

My opinion is based on Xebec with no demonic augmentations.
