The bit with blake and yang made no sense to me. Yes, yang lost an arm but she is in no way form or context crippled. It makes literally no sense for blake to treat her like that even for a fraction of a second. Yang has a robotic arm which is able to function as a real arm in every way. Yang doesn't need help. Blake thinking yang needs help to lift a bag is simply idiotic even in consideration that she might feel guilty about leaving like she did or yang losing her arm. Can you imagine someone in this series opening a door for ironwood because he is "crippled"? Of course not. Ironwood is more machine that human but he has exactly 0 handicaps because technology in this series is just THAT good. Blake doing this in this series is simply more evidence that the series writers have no idea of what they are doing and couldn't really figured out a way to show us blake feels guilty about a ton of stuff without making her out to be a bumbling idiot who doesn't understand how common technology works in her world. This is strictly writer's incompetence.
From two scenes in the intro: one where Roman’s hat blows pass the hooded female and the second where a person with an umbrella is fighting the hooded figure. The hooded female has a Grimm arm like Cinder.
Her personality looks to me like the Blood bender friend of Katara and Sokka's granny from Avatar,her facial expressions reminds me of her.

Just to be clear though, my problem with the scene is not misinterpreting or anything like that. My point is that treating yang as a handicapped makes no sense in that world. What blake did would make sense in our world, not in theirs simply because in rwbyverse handicapped people do not exist.@kkckI agree that scene could be much better because the one we got really can be easily read wrong and fandom will just go " She can do it herself Bitch "
I absolutely love your option with arm tbh " They could have had yang touching blake with the arm and it scaring blake. Maybe it felt cold. " This is something I wanted to happen let's say that Yang passing Blake a scroll and Blake just couldn't reach for it because of guilt and then have Yang said when she said in this episode
Or have during a fight with Manticores Blake basically become a lone wolf ( or Death seeker << Which I think the direction they're taking with her ) and in next Episode, Yang call her out on that.
And that scenes are easy to read and are clear I agree with you it could be much better.

But yeah there some weird lines that appear here and there even in this episode:
Ruby promise to Weiss not only for herself but also for Yang and Blake that they won't leave her ( while Blake isn't even present there )
Or Weiss Jab at Blake ( Which was funny ) " We waiting for Blake as usual " it was joke make by fandom during Volume 5 don't insert something like that in the show

Well, it still counts into that colour rule but he's Surname is Pine so they could go with old JNPR..
Ive been following RWBY since it's first trailer actually.
They use first name letters for that though. It is true that with pine they can keep jnpr but it would be slightly different from how they usually do this. If we go with surnames we have a, v, L, and p.... not sure what color you can make with that.
