I think Qrow is starting to come back to his senses, thank god we don't have to endure this miserable and unbearable state of his anymore. I actually hoped Yang and/or Ruby would beat the shit out of him for that to happen, but I'm more than fine with Ruby's talk not jutsu as long as it does get us Qrow back.

In any case, compared to Jaune's plan, I consider my idea that Qrow should cause a small ruckus and let himself get captured in order to establish contact with Ironwood waayyyyyyyyyyy better.

While I do think it was a sweet scene, I have to agree with you here. Seems like they didn't set the bar very high to hand out memorials. Pretty sure Raven would get her own monument for most caring mother too if she had been a citizen of said town.

I was expecting more of a confrontation before qrow gets better. Even ruby talking to qrow now wasn't all that.... Compelling i guess. Nothing has happened that would motivate qrow to fight back against salem.... He just gave up.

I am not sure that getting arrested is all that useful. He'd need to do something big enough to warrant calling ironwood, the top military officer in atlas. Which I'd argue jaunes plan has a better chance of accomplishing. Its a shame that the arc will apparently end with the gang just arriving to atlas.

I have to disagree. If the apprehension of someone like Qrow Branwen - regardless of the severity of the trouble/crime he caused - doesn't get directly reported to Ironwood during this tense situation, then either the officials are being extremely reckless or the military has to seriously reconsider their rules and standards in regards to the relay of information.

Not to mention that if Jaune's plan fails, there is a huge risk that a lot if not all of them will be put behind bars. The relic's location will also be exposed for a short time, though it will be better guarded.

The town these guys are at must really suck if the best statue they could put in the middle of one of their parks was phyrra's, whose greatest accomplishment was to be on a cereal box that's really bad for you.

I mean Pyrrha won Mistral ( or national ) tournament 4/5 times while studying in Sanctum it's quite an accomplishment have the best young fighter in the Kingdom(s) for four/five years in a row..

The only thing that bothers me if Sanctum is in Argus then how did JNR did put two and two together earlier hey it's Pyrrha home city...

Two weeks..Two weeks to find out that nothing happening with Oscar because that Nigga went shopping

Also, this small cunt was in the house whole the time while everyone else was looking for him and he didn't inform them about it

So they're stealing the ship whose gonna pilot it ( Yang/Blake/Qrow? ) unless they're planning to steal a ship with a pilot inside :P

Caroline and Adam will be the final fights of this Volume.

Now... To that whole " Let's get to Atlas " why they're complicating that stuff from the start is beyond me.

Even Qrow said so that to the public and council knowledge Blake and Ghira are basically seen as people that have saved Haven <<< Why not ask the Council for a ship and diplomatic passage to Atlas while still in Haven ( saving a capital should be worth some favours ) why are we even dealing with Argus etc. complicating everything...

i could understand if phyrra got a plaque at her school or something. But phyrra was a measly student who won a few measly tournaments. Big deal for a kid of course but by no means a big enough deal for a monument in the city's park. Its annoying even because it was a chance to introduce her school .. but no, we got a nonsense park where it would have made more sense to see people who lived enough to have meaningful accomplishments

I think there is no doubt that it is Blake. The thing you are referring to just shows the joint of the arm, it's definitely not Yang's artificial arm. Hair, clothes, katana all point towards Blake. The only thing which is debatable in my opinion is whether Adam holds a katana with his right hand or Blake holds one with her left hand.

No individual of team RWBY is going to die this season. You can't scare me.

I assumed it was phyrra's mom considering her similar appearance and similar voice. Same voice actress I suppose? Haven't checked. Also interesting, she appears to have the same ability to turn into ash as phyrra given how quickly she disappeared. Must run in the family.

On another note, since resurrections ARE a thing in this series... What do you guys think the odds are of phyrra being resurrected? As far as I can tell there are two possibilities for this to happen:

1.- The gods return, they deem humanity worth saving and grant a wish or something.

2.- One of the relics... We know there are four. Relic of knowledge, power, creation and destruction. It's not implausible that a relic could have such capability. At great cost of course.

Specifically the relic of creation sounds like it should have that capability. If it can create stuff it makes sense it can bring back the dead, within limits.

Ah, I just noticed something that annoys me: Watts and Tyrian. Both of them are heading to vacuo. Meanwhile the gang is heading to atlas. I guess sun and co will have something to do later? Still, I expected watts to be more relevant in this arc given his connection to atlas.

Anyways, if I understand things correctly, this means that for some reason salem is not dedicating many resources to hunt down rwby. I am not entirely clear on where hazel is at but unless he specifically is hunting down rwby we still have the scenario that tyrain and watts are heading elsewhere. And hunting down rwby has been left for cinder who has been largely disowned by salem so far.

Now, I am not exactly clear on how important the stuff going on at vacuo is but you'd think salem would have at least one or two of her non disowned subordinates going after rwby rather than mostly leave them alone.

I wonder if the information the gang got from the relic could be used to have salem's subordinates question their loyalty. Knowing salem's origin it is fairly clear to us that she is pretty much selling herself like a god. Now, the information the relic revealed makes the point that salem is not a god but rather a mere human who has been maimed and diminished by her immortality and grim darkness. I wonder how much of the world's history salem has revealed to her subordinates...

Ok, I liked this episode. I got no complains basically. Episode was fun, had a fair bit of suspense, the plan mostly made sense.... If only more episodes were like this.

Weiss and maria had a fun interaction here. It's a bit nonsensical that weiss asked those questions then rather before the plan was executed. But still, I laughed here.

Cordova's best guards are terrible. weiss is not even a proper hunted and she took them down without damaging the ship. And cordova is clearly deranged.

I was surprised that adam was there. I was wondering if cinder and neo were there but that would have been nonsense of course. Adam having spent the entire season stalking blake sounds like a plausible scenario though I want to know exactly since when he found her. Was he present during the abandoned village events? At the time we saw him but yang thought it was his ptsd acting up... I guess he was actually there. But where did he stay? Another house I guess? It figures the house he would have picked didn't have grim in there. Maybe given his own darkness he wouldn't have been affected as much as the others.

The mech is... weird. It does look like a more advance version of the mechs at beacon. I am thinking that its defeat will be extremely important to the plot though. Cinder and neo have to follow rwby but a fully armed base is a problem. In turn if rwby trashes its most important weapon while its leader is being insane then cinder can basically waltz in and take the base. With her power is should be fairly easy to cause some mayhem, bring down the wall and have the grimm destroy the entire city....
