Hi, I think you did very good with facial features such as eyes, nose and escpecially lips. The only thing that bothers me at all, is that the cheeks could need some more rendering on the outer parts, to make them seem more round. Still, this might just be a matter of preference!

Oh, and also, I do like the palette! both rendering and palette seem very strong looking through your dA, happy new acquintance!
