Sasuke vs Toneri

So just watched the subbed version of "naruto the last movie" and wondered how Toneri would fare against Sasuke. I mean Naruto ended up knocking him out with a bunch to the face and made it look so easy so I'm not sure if it's just plot armor or if he's super weak. But go ahead and discuess!.

Sasuke has access to the abilities he's shown so far. I guess he only has 1 arm? ( speculatve ) and Toneri can use what he's showed in the movie.
