Alright, recently my friends and I were on the bus home from school and we started talking about the most recent Naruto chapters with Tobi (Madara) explaining everything to Sasuke. It then hit me when we were talking about Sasuke's reaction:
Sasuke could take Itachi's place in the Akatsuki.
Just think, He hated Itachi because he killed all of the Uchiha. But now, Sasuke's learning about Konoha's true history and the reason why Itachi killed them; it was a mission. So that also proves that killing the Uchiha screwed with Itachi, and he couldn't bring himself to kill his brother, whom he loved so much. That's why he let him live and he had to flee Konoha! Itachi didn't want Sasuke to find out because he didn't want him to find out and be upset. So now, I'm thinking that Sasuke will hear out Tobi's story, and be suckered (again) into Tobi's plan to have Sasuke join the Akatsuki and take on Konoha, especially now that Sasuke now has the Mangekyo Sharingan.
So, that's my theory.
