Caption or Create a Scene Contest
Theme
To keep things fresh and keep with the spirit of the month, we have decided to make this contest a themed one. The theme for this contest is Love/Obsession. Love/Obsession can be viewed as one of the dominating themes of Tokyo Ghoul from the rare moments we see of love and hope that aren't dysfunctional to the plethora of blood-soaked obsessions that run through the story. You are permitted to take this theme in any direction you want as long as it somehow relates. We are looking for creativity for how this theme can be interpreted. Remember that it can be funny or serious.
Participation Rules:
All members may join the contest.
In order to submit, send me a Pm with your work and, optionally, a short paragraph explaining the concept.
You are allowed to submit multiple captions with up to three different submissions.
All entries must somehow relate to our theme of Love/Obsession.
You may manipulate whatever you want about the image from just re-captioning to manipulating the image in other ways with image editing or photoshop.
Not following the rules may result in disqualification.
Plagiarizing is not allowed.
Schedule:
Designs may be submitted until February 19th at 11:59PM Eastern Time
The voting period will take place after the end of the submission period until March 5th at 11:59PM Eastern Time
Whoever has the most votes at the end of the voting period wins the contest.

The examples below show the different types of entries that we are looking for in this contest. The first two are re-captioned pages provided by yours truly who is a teacher and recently looked for a job to explain the context of the captions. The second example of a recreated/redrawn scene is from our member, Qixus, who has graciously allowed us to use her post as an example.
