Now that I think about it Seilah probably takes this, since I think Tartaros Erza would beat Kyria (high/extreme diff) and Seilah would beat Tartaros Erza quite easily.

She won't be using DF, if a 5th generation Dragon Slayers comes to use Dragon Force, they would be dragonified, which is why they don't go DF.
