I could've given this thread any random different name, but still this jutsu strikes me as the most random to date.
Does there exist some secret ultimate jutsu encyclopedia that documents all possible jutsu that all ninja magically know about, just in case they ever need to shout the name of some newly invented jutsu? If not, what the hell is Madara doing in the middle of fighting, wrecking his brain trying to come up with cool names as he tries to kill his opponent? Presumably whatever Senpou Inton Raiha denotes is some 6th paths based jutsu, which means presumably no one has ever seen it or heared of it before, including Madara. So what's he doing, trying to make up cool names? In fact, what does the opponent care anyway whatever the thing is called that's going to kill him? You don't hear me shouting "LEFT ELBOW STRIKE" before doing an actual left elbow strike in a street fight. It sounds like something only Gai would do, but everybody's doing it. Not just that, they're randomly making this shit up as they go.
The only guy ever who seemed to do it the right way (apart from simply shutting the f up, which is what a sane person would do) was Itachi, who would whisper the name to himself while keeping an air of mystery before his opponents. Everyone but Itachi has Jutsu-Tourette's, where they can't resist announcing the cool move that's coming up next.
