So far within the series, the only two Sharingan users to actually control the Kyuubi have been Madara and Tobi. But despite this, being able to control the Kyuubi has been attributed to any Mangekyo Sharingan. In addition, Madara himself stated that "those with blessed eyes" could make the Bijuus into slaves and guide them to a purpose. So the question is, can any Uchiha control the Kyuubi or is it truly only limited to a few?
Additional question, as we saw Danzo take Shisui's MS in order to allow him control over the Kyuubi, can anyone with MS, like Kakashi, control the Kyuubi?
