So Shiho is the girl who seems to be in love with Shikamaru and works in the code deciphering office we saw in chapter 406. She won't be a one shot since we know they have to head back there to figure out the code. She also was given a few quirks which indicate thought was put into her and her design. She also has that whole picture deal and Kishimoto made sure to show a panel of it. What is in the picture? I guess you can say she is another Karin who just fangirls a guy, but I am curious what Kishimoto is up to. And where does Shikamaru's main love interest, Temari, fit into this?
So what do you think Kishimoto will do with Ino's brainy twin? Will she really help with the code? Will she do enough in her likely brief time in the manga to be memorable or will she just be another forgotten character who fangirled a boy?
