The official release date is the 9th of each month when the Bessatsu Shounen magazine comes out. Crunchyroll should have its official version up at that time. For the last few years Manga Editors have been getting early leaks of raw chapters, but right now it's not clear if that will continue.

Even if no one manages to post an earlier release, the official version is always available on the 9th at Crunchyroll.

Ever since I saw that episode I was reminded of Connie and I wanted to do that :P. I've followed the webcomic/manga for a while now, so it was easy getting into the anime. You should give it a try, plus it's only 12 episodes long, and it helps that it somehow breaks some of the usual tropes.I thought so.
I've been on the fence about watching that one.
