Indeed it should, unless it was some sort of alternative cover, wich was already announced and released long ago, so i doubt it.

Now it should be ok. I just realized its site actually redirected me to that link. Hence I suppose you can't see the chapter without the first link (which enables you to open the 2nd one).
I just edited my post, now you should have access to the chapter.
I'm sorry but it's just volume 21, as vol.22 isn't done yet. I am a bit late indeed but since none posted it, I did it. There are sometimes differences between the chapter version and the tankobon one. I didn't find any this time, though.
