Going by that poseidon would make more sense for lo po bia. They are the anima after all.

However, Artemis and Apolo are more keen to wildlife and hunting. Maybe they fit better. It is said that Bloodmadder's children are the highest numbered and that they are cursed. But also, Poseidon is said to be second in Power to Zeus. I think therefore that references are scrambled, not copy paste. Bam and his father are Said to be beautiful males, Just like Apolo, but there's no way they resemble a medicine/hunting/music symbol either. If we take the rough picture tho, Lo Po Bia reminds Poseidon's personality a Lot: quiet but serious and vengefull/merciless to his own If betrayed, as seen with Elaine's story.

I agree in that they likely aren't copy pasted but rather merely inspired and panteon attributes are likely scrambled. Otherwise eduan wouldn't have lightning, zahard would. There are 14, Hermes for Mazino, the God of Speed. Hades is Zeus and Poseidon's buddy, them three defeated the Titans of the past and divided the world's possession in 3: Underworld, the most inhabited and thus richest; Seas, the biggest Kingdom of all; Mount Olimpus and human realms, the most important ones, where adventures happen. Hades is in good terms with his brothers, they are the big 3 and I don't recall a disagreement between these. Hades is usually on his realm minding his own, and Zeus is Very polithical, always sorts things out rather than fighting.

So I guess there are really enough archetypes for all. Eurasia and Gustang might be Artemis/Apolo (he is the God of knowledge and medicine), since both are Wave Controlers in a Sense and Share same expertise. Maybe Lo Po Bia relates to Ceres, Animals and plants (fertility) but with changed gender.

I never knew they made such distinction, thanks for the info. But still, It gets even more similar to 12 families, since V is dead (in the "Underworld"). He would definitely be Hades in this parallel. What's left is to relate each of the other ones.

There's an error on the link tho. The plate has Hestia but misses Dionisius. On the text they forget Hestia. They are indeed 13, although only twelve are seen. Hades is 14th God.

A while back I noticed Androssi was carrying a needle like object but she used it for thrusting not throwing.

Then I started rereading the beginning of ToG again (how can I not it’s soooo much fun ) and I noticed this:

Needles are used specifically for thrusting, not throwing. It's spears that are used for throwing. The needle is the most common close range weapon in the tower. I am also not sure if those are "darts". They look more like needles which androsi kept around...

Yep, they seem like darts elongated by movement. Androssi likely has the Red Shinsoo type, usually associated (so far) to Thorns: Enryuu, Yuri's rose attack, that Dart she was holding at the Shinsoo quality training. She likely knew this technique from the start. Which is Lucky because Androssi is the laziest and least growing character till now. Thorns are indeed cone shapes or short length/large width needles. I'm expecting a cube for Tu Perie.

Notice that they all seem like fishing tools:
Fishing hooks = hooks
Harpoons = needles
Spears = Spears
Cages = Cube *
Floaters/lures = Orb

*Lighthouses are able to trap movement, moving people and enhancing other attacks, such as cages help fishing by doing exact same stuff.

I'm pretty sure there are thorny hangers to skew fishes' mouths.

Slow down bro. The red needle material she’s using is the same given to them by the Fisherman instructor. It seems to be a simple common grade weapon material, not manifested by Androssi’s shinsoo. She is using shinsoo to compress/uncompress her weapons in the link I provided, but she’s not creating them with shinsoo.

This differs from the darts she’s made on the hidden floor which are manifested completely by her manipulation of shinsoo. My point was that she’s pretty proficient with darts already before she got this shinsoo variant.

And yes her shinsoo color is red and likely of the same character shown by the Ha family (Yuri, Nobic). I can’t tell if Yuri knew or tested Androssi how to use that kind of shinsoo or if Yuri just got lucky, but it seems that Androssi didn’t know how to use that shinsoo quality before learning Red Velvet Sword. I would stipulate that her learning her shinsoo darts is a little less impressive since she already knew how to manifest that red shinsoo after a lot of training with Yuri.

Not to say she’s not smart, but she had more help than I initially realized.

Back then she was throwing little darts/needles. I think she used them against the octopus woman too. That's not Shinsoo.

I don't think color matters much but Androssi's Shinsoo attacks have been pink(Chiffon Sword and that Kamehameha she used before reaching the Hidden Floor).

I don't think it's a type yes but Shinsoo colors are often linked to the users. Red for Ha, blue for Koon, white for Arie etc.

Using my theory that Shinsoo colors are due to water colors, Red Shinsoo is like the Red Sea, a "blooming life" kind of water and related in mythology to female periods (hence to blooming of fertility and female body). I know its stretching a lot, but I think its inspired into Afrodite's Divine "Powers", hence roses and thorns recurring, as well as huge vitality of characters with Red Shinsoo.

That's still something different from it being a "type" of shinsoo. Not anyone whose shinsoo turns red will be doing the same thing as enryu did. Other people have shinsoo of specific colors but its not merely that their shinsoo color is a shinsoo type. Zahard's shinsoo is gold but that is because his shinsoo quality is that of a gold material which does not exist in real life. Eduan's is blue but that is because electricity is blue... And shinsoo also has colors without pertaining to a specific affinity but that doesn't make it a "type" of shinsoo. Shinsoo did turn red around enryu but we have little to no context regarding what that means so far.

I didn’t mean to say that the red was a type but whatever quality corresponds to red shinsoo.

I don’t know what the quality is, but I do know it’s distinct. Yuri uses the crimson colored shinsoo in her attacks, as does Nobic who is in the branch of the Ha family, and Jinsung also uses crimson shinsoo attacks.

I don’t think it’s the same significance as the “red” that the thorn and Enryu make. I think that signifies Bam is using admin type power. The Ha family seems to have a crimson, not a red.

SIU stated in a blog post that the colors are significant therefore I postulate ALL special colors of shinsoo have meaning, otherwise what is the point of having just some special colored shinsoo and others being unimportant. If only some colors mean something but others don’t that cheapens the whole thing.

I then postulate that a particular shinsoo color relates to a particular shinsoo quality.... we only see blue electricity and never will see yellow or purple. Purple shinsoo corresponds to “living” shinsoo and we will never see red or green “living” shinsoo. Thus, if we see the same color among people in their shinsoo we can guess they share or are using the same quality of shinsoo.

I agree, SIU uses colors to make a point. He was explicit when he Said each family has a special color that they show somehow (in clothings, in hair color, whatever) and that Shinsoo colors relate to special traits each Shinsoo Will have. Its not just aestethics, SIU was clear about It.
