So, since you're an Aussie, what are some things you enjoy about about the part where you live? My choices in terms of cities are Adelaide, Sydney, or Melbourne.

Adelaide >> Sydney > Melbourne

Adelaide isn't as big as the other two and is super nice. Melbourne feels dirty to me and it's the COVID hotspot of Australia. It's the home of AFL though so that's a bonus. If you see people wearing black and white and also missing teeth, they are known as "Collingwood Supporters" and you must avoid them at all costs as @Brandish μ could confirm. Sydney is overrated like Melbourne imo, but it's a harbour city. Once you see the bridge though all that's left is the MDMA and Cocaine drug culture at the University.

Yeah that's fair enough, I just hate the air in Melbourne because coming from clean old Tassie it's fucken shithouse there. Adelaide seems more picturesque though, and on the education front which is the main thing SA isn't as scuffed culture-wise as Melbs from what I hear haha

That is true depending on the degree, I can say I'm having a better time with my Bachelor of Music so far but this semester has been scuffed for various reasons.

Fair enough, I'll pop off on here (and slack) if we win; heck even if we have some highlights I won't deny that Geelong feel destined for it this year with it likely being Gaz's last year and Dangerfield trying to finally get to a Premiership but we've got the talent to beat them. Ellis-Yolmen in for Coleman means we lose a pressure forward who has been great, especially given he's in his first year but Yolmen is a bigger body who can hopefully deck a cunt or two. Last time we beat Geelong was last year in round 22 in a thriller, back then Marcus Adams was fit and held Tom Hawkins goalless; without him it will be harder as Hawkins is one of the guys who actually does get the better of Andrews. All of that said though, we only lost the last game to them because we got blown away in the 3rd quarter; we're a better side now and I daresay we can do it and go all the way.
