OKAY OKAY HERE IT IS.
The team.

The problem is, there are way too many cute ones (and honestly, my all cute teams usually aren't very balanced or thought out at all lmao). So I tried to put in a bit more effort for you, to make sure you don't have just fairy types. The fact that a team can only have six makes me sad tbh, I don't want to leave any of these out.

1. Morpeko (dark/electric) - I mean, it's basically an edgier version of Pikachu, yet so much cuter. Plus side is both dark and eletric attacks

2. Minccino (normal/adorable) - Fluffy, cute and can punch others in the fast real hard if it wants to. That's a winwin situation

3. Pumpkaboo (Ghost/Grass) - I wanted to give you a cute ghost option, and this one is honestly the only one that makes the cut. Also this made me realize we need a ghost Eeveelution.

4. Vulpix (Fire) - Badass smoll fire fox, check!

5. Cottonee (Grass/Fairy) - I swear this one gets pretty strong if you level it (it was my main pokemon during my run through haha).

6. Mantyke (Water/Flying) - It's a flying waterflapflap.

If you got the expension pass then I guess Maril can be added to the team as well
Honorable mentions: Pidove, Purrloin, Bounsweet, Bellosom, Munna, Drifloon, Gossifleur, Cherubi, Pichu/Pikachu, Eevee (Sylveon!!), Clefairy, Ponyta, Lapras, Lunatone, Pyukumuku

Also no Wooloo, bc we aren't going to make this floofball fight. We sleep on it

Oohhhh, brainfart haha. I think the problem with the games is, if they change it too much old fans might complain too (that aren't kids obviously). Because part of the charm is the formula. I do think with Sun/Moon (the Island hopping) and now Sword/Shield with the wild areas, they do feel a little bit different that before. Especially Sword/Shield. Which is not a bad thing, makes it fun to play.

If not, yellow is pretty easy to download for your phone I think (red/blue too probably, but never tried).
Hahaha aawh, that's so cute Took me a long time to realize as well tbh.
But yeah, Yellow is definitely my favourite one bc nostalgia (Also the only one my brothers would let me touch for a long time)

Oh yes, I agree, that's why they prolly won't try anything new... But I would still like to see something different for once. Like, voice some characters, make a legit after-story for stuff that happens after the Big 4. Have, I dunno, the bad guys win at first. Something that's different and that's like a total surprise. Now that would be nice, but I realize it likely won't happen I agree they did change some things, but for me that's still relatively minor.

Don't really like playing games on my phones tbh, I prefer a console or the PC But with emulators I could play it I guess, even if I don't find it :3
And you got into Pokemon thanks to your brother?

Omg awesome!! Gouda is one of my favourite cheeses haha. Not too heavy in taste and great for snacks, or with bread, or anything really
You can probably keep it a bit longer than the expire date btw - If it gets like a bit if white mold on it you can cut it off. Rest of the cheese would still be perfectly fine haha

I think in the tournament aspect as well, they can definitely make it a bit different (and in sword/shield they do make some changes, but not major). For me it was a friend who had the game and showed it to me. I thought it was amazing, so I told my father about it and got it a few months later at Christmas haha. Played it night and day for a while Pretty much everyone here was a Pokemon fan at that stage, so it was easy to get drawn into it. Still remember how I almost (only almost, we caved in eventually) spend the whole night with a friend exchanging Pokemon to make them evolve etc lol.
