I don't really know where to ask this question, but I think it fitted this category the best.. but on to my question..

I'm starting a new Edited Manga group and was wondering which free website host (and forum) is the best for a Edited Manga group? Is there any which has special features for when designing the site .. like really-made designs which can simply be edited or something a along those lines?

What is best in you're opinion (something that is free)?

Free webhost are usually poor quality. You'll get ads forced into your website/forum, etc.

Most Manga Editors that don't want to pay for their webhost just use a wordpress or another blog system. They can usually customize it to what they'd like it to look like.
Forums are a bit trickier... If you don't want your own webhost, then I suggest requesting a Manga Editor forum at Batoto.

I agree with Gradonil_Ral, free webhost sucks.
I recommend you to use wordpress or blogger, but I personally likes Blogger better tough

Honestly, a self-hosted WordPress site running bbPress as a forums solution is probably ideal. Running bbPress as a plugin for WordPress lets you have a single login and account for users and admins between the website and forum, while still restricting permissions so that just because someone registers for the forum doesn't mean they'd necessarily have any permissions on the website.
