Since this part of [hell] is dotted with [them], there will be some delays, but... (Again, context. 魔界 is generally used for hell or the underworld, but your manga may call it something else.)

[We] only sent a small "number" of [agents] to Japan...but it would be nice to eventually overrun [them/it] with an overwhelming "number". (Tailor agents to whatever is most relevant. )

I am sure this translation part has been already published/scanlated and the original poster may no longer be interested, but for a discussion sake, I make this post. It would be the best to know the title and the chapter# though.

One thing I noticed is that 2 members agreed on one sentence which I had a different view.

To me,
"いつまでも落ちこんでんじゃね！" is the same as
""いつまでも落ちこんでんじゃねー！" 　that is
"いつまでも落ちこんでいるんじゃない！"　spoken by a male.

"じゃない！" = order to STOP an action.

Without the raw, it is difficult to evaluate the phrase.
