Question Spatial Distortion

I was re-reading LPB battleship arc and this suddenly caught my eye. We know there are only handful of people who can use teleportation.
And this sparked my curiosity.
When UM does SD:

As u can see above there's no that blue theme when UM does SD in FoD, tho he had that theme Just B4 he faced Mirchea.

When FLs do SD:

Even SBHS floating carriers:

So, my question is, Is it possible the reason why FLs are able to do SD is because of the flame they possess that was gifted by GoG? We have seen both Rei and Gussy possess the blue flame.
Compare the pic, they look kinda same, GWs possessing blue flame and just before Rei does SD.

In my opinion, you are thinking too much into this. I think it's the artist's choice to represent it this way. Nothing more or less. FOD was the first time we saw Spatial Distortion skill. At that time SIU used to do it by himself now he has a staff with him. The art changes because the artists change.

Hmmm, I could buy the family leaders having some spatial distortion privileges that mazino does not though to me it's a bit of a stretch that the blue flame has much to do with this.

I don't think space distortion has anything relate to blue flames.
It just be a complex, high-level skill that only powerful people (like irregulars) can do to warp without using gate.
And now, the Po Bidau's floating ships, they can warp without gate, that is similar to spatial distortions.

Oh, the ships. Maybe the family heads use shinwonryu for their spatial distortion while mazino uses regular shinsoo control? The ships were capable of warping without a gate and their main feature is the apparent capacity to use shinwonryu...

Spatial Distortion is just a high level technique. Teleportation itself is very rare among High Rankers and it's kinda similar.

Admins seem to be the ones with the ability to manipulate space in general.

I'm not sure how you format the flames.
But they were not like flames.
It's mostly like a shining light, Urek's like lighting effect with cloud gas, and Gustang's like a water ripple.

We can't know for sure right now, but over time there will probably be more examples of SD at which point if there is a trend, we might be able to say with more certainty.

It's just the art choice. Urek's doing spatial distortion with the same design right now.
