There isn't. The next season is called TG : Root A which is utter shit and doesn't follow the manga at all so you're better off reading the manga.

I heard S1 ends at chapter 60 or so.

No, the first season only follows till chapter 70 or so. After that continue reading more from the same. Once done, start TG : Re. Tokyo Ghoul : Re is like a sequel to the Tokyo Ghoul manga.

No don't start with :re. Tokyo Ghoul is the first manga, and season 1 of the anime covers half of that manga. Now start reading from Tokyo Ghoul chapter 70, not Tokyo Ghoul:re Chapter 70. You read Tokyo Ghoul:re after you read from chapter 70 - 143 of the first manga.
