So you are just going to say you are right without evidence? fine, it can be countered simply because it is ash, Wendy explicitly stated that wind magic can blow away any ash spell otherwise he would have used it. There is, just realize it is hypnosis then it can be dispelled, besides if someone like Laxus can show resilience to it, then there would be no reason GS couldn't either..
