Underrated thread.

Dimaria has some pretty decent dura. She took a DF Wendy kick to the face in base pretty well and no sold a DF punch in GS. I think that alone puts her above Sting in dura.

I have Sting >> Dimaria in speed though. He blitzed Larcade in base, who pretty casually reacted to Kagura, who I have around Erza level in speed. Erza level speed > Wendy level speed. I have Sting >> Dimaria in speed though because of how easy it was for Larcade to react to Kagura's blitz and attacks while Sting in base completely blitzed Larcade and pushed him back with a Holy Nova.

I can't remember for the life of me what Sting can even do offense wise without WSD.

If his offense has some decent feats I think he can pull out a W because of how many laps he can run around Dimz.

Time stop is restricted. Plus against Larcade he had kagura and rogues help.

But if you give WSD to Sting and keep age seal restricted, it quickly becomes a stomp for Sting.

Honestly, think Dimaria (without Age Seal, with it she's above average) was one of the most underwhelming Spriggans. Neinhart had Historia that could momentarily hold off Team Natsu. Bradman could contend with Gajeel. Invel's freezing momentarily worked on Natsu and his hax managed to enslave Gray and Juvia for awhile.

Dimaria failed to incapacitate Wendy and Chelia even with her named attacks and required her to use a laser to momentarily get her out of the game, only for Wendy to stand up moments later and block her attacks again. In comparison to this, Sting showed vast superiority to Kagura when he proved capable of contending with Larcade in CQC (which is something Kagura failed to do with her best efforts). Sting was more or less a match to Larcade, physically speaking. Maybe there's a gap there but enough for him to be able to not simply get outclassed. I think that at least enables him to match Dimaria at full power. I'm going to completely ignore that Sting has White Drive and Dragon Force for argument's sake.

Not really relevant but I think Erza's a lot faster than Kagura though. She was contending with Laxus not too long ago who I don't doubt would be able to blitz every single Spriggan except for maybe Irene and definitely not August.

DiMaria stomps. She had Sherria, a God Slayer who was using her peak potential, on the ropes and only lost due to Wendy buffing Sherria. Sting only beat Larcade bcs of an advantage and Larcade isn't that impressive outside of pleasure.

She can’t use Âge Seal? She uses God Soul and one-shots. If not, she uses her years of experience and stabs him, still one-shots.
