After having seen Pain coughing blood, I've been wondering...
Why is it that every ubber strong ninja get sick and die from illness?
So far, we've seen four of the strongest ninjas getting weaker with illness...

Some might say that there are explanation for at least three of them :
- Oro's is due to the "Metampsychosis' 3 years limits",
- Itachi's can be explain by the constant use of the MS,
- Pain is not ill, but simply "chakra exhausted",
But I wonder if there's something more than that...
Could it be the "drawback" for power?
Will every powerfull character eventually get weaken by a strange illness?
Or is it simply a plot-hole tool for Kishi to allow weaker people (Sasuke) to win against stronger opponents (Oro, Itachi)
There's already some theories going on, about Madara being behind all those "strange illness".
Some people said that he would be kind of "poisoning" the people around him, so that he can use them, but that they can't be a threat to him once everything is in place.
What do you think about those illness?
