Discussion Strawhat Divisions: The Commanders

True that could be interesting, but luffy is too dumb so they'll always be nakama to him and the Strawhats (mugiwaras) to others. Well, if they do eventually assemble a large crew where the original SH's head a faction/division each, they'll would probably need a name. Its probably outsiders that would attribute a name to them. Or the Gorosei. How did they even start calling them 'A Strawhat'? From smoker if I'm not mistaken. I think he even gave them their pirate name.

Well, WB's actual crew (without their allies) had 1600 people in and each commander was in charge of 100 people. So in their cases their title was not just invented, they were actually commanding stuff. With BB things are perhaps not quite the same though.
