Cause, as things are standing now (i.e unless there is some retcon), Suzaku is human Acno tier. Which means Eileen gets one shot instantly
Even assuming the worst case scenario (i.e that Selene lied to Suzaku and infact took the attack on purpose), Suzaku still managed to give her a significant injury with her attack. This means that Suzaku has the attack power to damage human Acno tiers, if they allow him free hits.
Eileen won't even be able to scratch human Acno tiers. They can just stay put, and she'll just run out of gas.
This is even ignoring the one shot of x793 Natsu and Erza, which alone should put Suzaku far beyond August/Eileen tiers who can't even one shot x792 Natsu/Erza
