I think your eyes are pretty good already,but you have to shade a lot more!!
And the hair isn't that good also,but hair is hard to color,so this will come with the time.Just keep practising!

I think the colors of hair are good, should only be a little clearer .. And the shadow of the skin should be darker to differentiate more .. great work!

yes,like Giilshark already said you should make the shade darker and i don't know if you want to make cell-shading,but if you do you should make the boarders of the shade accurate and not so blurry,if you know what i mean
it would look better in my opinion


btw.from where do you have the font?

like me you just start color so i think it's very good for 3rd color
