Honestly UI has proved to be very underwhelming after the ToP, its basically just another powerup in DB: faster-hits harder
Looking at the DB characters skills and checking them is pretty hard too, since there's so much incoherence between "claimed" intensity, the effects on the surroundings and the limitations. Having the same problem with Fate universe tbh.

Toriyama got rid of power levels because the numbers would be absurdly high by now.
Though the Manga at least tries to stay "grounded". The DB Super Anime was a joke on that regard.

ReZero is actually quite balanced on that regard. Because no one is truly unbeatable.

Nuh it is not,there are countless series where characters can wipe out infinite number of multiverses just by existing,leave alone fighting.

Like the Hadou Gods in Dies Irae,they can't exist directly outside the Throne(a place beyond time,space and dimensions) as their very presence erases the infinite universes.They have to create their sensories in those multiverses just to interact.Kind of like Avatars in games.

Same with Umineko characters.


Same with Demonbane top tiers.(I don't know much about it,only read the stats)


Gurren lagann,End of the series WN Naofumi and Raphtalia,End of the series WN Rimuru(Haven't read WN of Slime) but seemingly Rimuru created tens and thousands of universes,Anos Voldigoad all can defeat Zeno.




And many of them have tanked existence erasure attacks which can erase infinite universes(not just 12 universes) and characters on their levels.

Maybe something like Anos's sword Venuzdonoa.Venuzdonoa can destroy all things in creation, no matter how strong, eternal or infinite they are, which would include the Silver Sea that contains countless universes in the shape of bubbles. Venuzdonoa doesn’t follow reason nor anything number related as anything that can be reasoned returns to nothing before it, hence it's useless to think about what it can or can't do.
