But any rate I really hope people actually decide on which characters really have chance of winning but not on how they like a character.I have a nagging suspicion some people are voting based on the popularity of characters otherwise Erza Vs Shiraori would have gone different.

That was my logic for voting Erza. I'll probably be voting against Ruphas in the subsequent rounds for the same reason. The power balance is too far off.

Voting for them is like giving a trophy to a grown man playing against 6 year olds in my eyes. I don't like that, so I'm not going to reward it with a vote.

I voted against Battler for differently reasons though. Namely his powers apparently didn't work without support he doesn't have in this game. So it's literally a slap fight. So legit win for the gag character.

Another round with Vegeta stomping. Kakashi should've won with perfect Susano'o plus Genjutsu. But then again he would also lose to Vegeta.

Every winner deserved it, except Erza. Erza lost to some dominatrix and was held back by Laxus who wasnt even using his full power. I dont get it.
Glad Father and Tanjiro got smacked. Had any of them get to the second round, I would be genuinely mad.

I suppose you'll say anything to save face after having to admit Reinhard has to use the Dragon Sword though; even then she can still seal it with the EX Rank Noble Phantasm Ganryu-jima but again, people don't listen past what they want to hear

She did better against him than Boa, Jellal, Tanjiro, Kurosensei, and Kouka, did in their respective battles - and did comparably as well as Father (someone who had absorbed a 'God') did

Here are the skills you talk about for anyone interested: Ganryujiima (a gag weapon that doesn't even work on Rein by definition, you stretched it) and Heavenly Demonic Thundering Eye (go to "He-" section) an improved version of her Heavenly Eye that reduces defence of the opponent through gacha game logic (lol)

Shameless that you didnt link your sources during the battle to hide the basis of your arguments, but I like challenges so let it slip till the end so the battle was more interesting.

Either way, she has to either be Berserker or a Saber to use her abilities, she cannot be both at the same time. You can only trick people with curves till they check the veracity of your claims.

My voting process is v simple!

1. If I know only one of the two fighters, I vote that one
2. If I know neither, I flip a pandacoin
3. If I know both, I check who spent most FTE campaigning for them
3.5 If both campaigners are aigoo I decide myself who's probs strongest

Calling an EX-rank Noble Phantasm a gag weapon? This dude And yes, Heavenly Demonic Thundering Eye is literally Heavenly Eye with extra stuff, that much isn't a stretch. "Gacha game logic", it's fate-logic where crazy shit happens all the time, you can surely see how drastically different the worlds of Musashi and Reinhard are so that sort of comparison is already muddy

The rules of the tournament says she has use to all of her abilities and I argued as such. If you don't like the rules, take them up with Sky I did end up arguing more on the Berserker side of things though which you should be able to tell. Anyway, fuck Reinhard. Musashi has a jet-ski and therefore is 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000x times better hence why it's blasphemous she didn't win

How is that my logic exactly? And no, I'm not going to vote for those for whom fighting as we understand it isn't even really a thing anymore. THAT is boring. Not that my logic even matters it's my vote and I will cast it as I please for who I please.

I think the way to go would have been to go over Shiraori's hobby, and expertise, in tying people up bondage style. That's a good counter for the "because Erza" power.

So close and yet so far...​

First off,@Lambu, I really appreciate you going out of your way to campaign for Regulus, pity that despite your efforts, the results turned out the way they did . However even though I was MIA, I have no regrets whatsoever as that was more than whatever I could have done, and so if that didn't work I can't think of anything that would.​

In spite of multiple reiterations, perhaps most LN non-readers couldn't quite grasp(or overlooked) the concept behind Regulus's Authority and how it basically makes him invincible, which I think I can come to accept/understand. Therefore, the only option remaining for them would be to pick up the novel itself. It's worth your time.​

Last but not least, thank you to all those of you who supported Regulus and wishing luck to the remaining contenders too. Until later!​
