Well this is just for fun. So with Buggy and Luffy ascended to the level of Yonko alongside Blackbeard/Shanks. And Law and Kid aren't too far behind. Let's talk about the 7th power. I do think the Whitebeard's remnant is just too weak at this point. They kept on losing membership over and over. So they won't be as much of a factor.
But one thing came out of Wano is the Big Mom-Kaido's alliance. With Big Mom gone, Katakuri and Perospero is vying to be the leader of Whole Cake Island and other territories. Seemed like Katakuri had way more followers so he probably will win this power struggle. The Big Mom's infrastructure is still that of a Yonko. Smoothie and the rest is still probably near the water of Wano. If they somehow manage to rescue Perospero who informed them about the alliance and rescue whatever left of the Beast pirates that aren't turncoat. The last we saw of King/Queen is that they got overwhelmed by Green Bull. Chances are Green Bull can't really take them off the island. With King's ability to fly, their chance of escape is pretty high unless they are handcuffed. Even then at his power level, he is a threat just like Luffy/Kid. King/Queen and the remnants joined up with Big Mom's pirates under Katakuri would be really cool. They would then have the territories (since Kaido's territories already lost) and military power. Katakuri also had the aura of a shonen's protagonist. So having him the head of this new alliance would be nice.
This way, Wano would be more secure after Luffy and other pirates left also.
I guess this is like my wish list, but what do you want to happen to the remnant of Beast/Big Mom pirates?
