Little summary, skip if you want:
Princess of Jahad, a competition where the most talented women wielding a 13 month series battled each other in order to marry the king Jahad, whose blood is so potent that only the strongest woman may sire him a child. Proposed by Poe Bidau Gustang, a select women will be gradually injected with Jahad's blood, and the one who gathers all 13 month series shall marry Jahad, but reality is cruel. The first princesses of Jahad were consumed by an evil magic within the month series, and the competition got even more intense, and the relation between families soured as the original purpose of the competition was forgotten.
According to Garam, Anne Jahad was a genius who could have ended the competition. Possessing the blood of two Irregulars, she had overwhelming talent and strength. Alas, she went insane, and murdered those who crossed her path, especially from Jahad family, until she was eventually stopped and sealed in a mysterious labyrinth. Curious about the drastic change, Garam risked her life to see her, and she ended up learning the truth: for all the death the competition brought, it was in vain, for Jahad never intended to marry, he had an unrequited love. It was a sham, a plot to silence complaints of the people wanting a successor of the king. Garam laid the blame of the tragedy to 'Arlene Grace', the woman who brought Baam to life.
Traumerei brought back this topic, offering to expand the view of the incident. He described Anne finding Jahad's secret as unearthing a past that should remained in the past. He claimed Jahad was punished for the whole incident, and that they, Jahad and the family heads, had hurt each other. They have come to an understanding, according to Traumerei, that they should stop meddling those not like them, and simply maintain their relation, to avoid any rupture. Gustang agreed then, but changed mind. He decried Jahad and his companions had lost importance now they have stopped climbing, have learned to forget, and even sealed important memories. Now it was revealed to him some people capable of opening the door have appeared, Gustang is ready to learn the truth.

What interests me is how this whole incident played out, involving the Great Warriors, so here I'm imagining a hypothetic scenario on how it happened:
At some point, Anne disappeared, which prompted Jahad empire's to send a search for her. Blossom was apparently against Anne becoming a Jahad princess (blog post, so subject to retcon), from this I gather she at least care for her daughter. If she suddenly disappeared and there was an imperial order to find her, I imagine she just wouldn't stay silent. Trying to find a person in the tower on your own probably futile, so she was gonna do what Yuri did, she asked her follow FH Tu Perie her daughter's whereabouts.
In the mean time, Anne was slaughtering Jahad's force. The situation became too much of a big deal, Jahad probably had to put an end to it, so he personally went there. I like to imagine that both Jahad and Blossom found Anne and they argued over her. Blossom of course didn't want her daughter to be executed, and Jahad wanted Anne to face punishment for her act.
I imagine them arguing, and Anne likely told her mother Jahad never intended to marry. Blossom was probably not surprised, she never wanted Anne to be a Jahad princess, half I reckon to not participate in a death match competition, and half she was suspecting Jahad has never forgotten about Arlene. But because of this I can see Blossom asking to meet with all FHs to talk about Jahad's lie about the Jahad princess system. Anne was arrested and Jahad called a meeting.
I don't know how the meeting went, but we know the result : Traumerei talked about how after the incident, they hurt each other, so it's most likely a very harsh meeting. And Jahad got "punished", and Anne sealed in a labyrinth (is this Gustang's idea? him and his labyrinth). From this hypothetic situation, I expect the FH to be aware of Jahad unwilling to marry, and even Jahad rigging the game, yet the competition of Jahad princess still continue to present day. Traumerei said Jahad and the FH agreed to not rock the boat, that from that day one they stop caring much about the towerborn. And from that agreement, I assume the competition has to continue for appearance sakes. It would be weird if it suddenly stopped and people would complain once more for Jahad's successor. Finally, each FH agreed to "forget" things, things that would threaten the uneasy peace between Jahad and FH.
Among the memories being forgotten, it would be the truth of the competition. At least it would be the case for Yurin. (blog post so again it can be retcon) The Ha family put their hope in Yuri to win over the competition. Yurin was angry over Yuri's treatment after what happen in Last Station, so from that we can safely assume Yurin's care her mini clone Yuri. I don't think Yurin would stay silent about Yuri joining the Jahad princess competition if she knew/remembered about how rigged it was.
I don't think this whole incident what simply about Anne getting sealed, it was also a huge moment between the great warriors and how their relationship has become warped. What do the people think of it?
