Wha...?! Of course haki cannullify DF powers. Just like how the Amazonian Snake sisters completely nullified Luffy's powers and how Rayleigh was able to hit Kizaru. The point is, Perona does not have the power, nor the experience to fight on par with those logias.

It's not because they could block his attack that it nullyfie his powers and the proof of that is that when he went Gear 2 they couldn't "nullyfie" his powers as you call it.
Rayleigh may've been using a Seastone sword aginst Kizaru.

Thats cause their haki wasnt great enough to nullify his Gear 2 stage. Someone with stronger haki would have. Rayleigh may have been using a seastone sword? Yeah may have, and he may not have

I completely disagree. Perona may be unable to physically hurt them, but when she mentally cripples them, she might be able to push them into the ocean somehow. Default logias CAN be touched, given that they don't transform into their elemental state. When they are depressed, they can't really focus, can they?

Perona's power is a DF power. You are just underexaggerating her strength.

So any attack will pass through them automatically without them having to think about it. This means any attack (apart from their elemental weaknesses) simply passes through without doing any damage.

Hmmm...perhaps he's done some more training and has attained the higher level of logias. After someone eats a logia they are neither totally human nor element in their default state and when they let stuff pass through them they become completely composed of that element, so even if Perona's non-physical ghosts go through them they wont be affected. I mean how can the negative ghosts have any effect on a block of ice or a blob of sand. Now reply to this, thing is, most of the logias you mentioned tend to be very deadly. Perona wont survive a good hit from one of any of these guys and most of them move and attack way too fast for her to dodge.

Ice and Sand are still physical so it won't mater.
In the case of Kizaru, it's different cuz his element(light) isn't physical but you should remember that he is reckless.

haki can nullify power yes but ppls attacks still work the reason luffy didnt hurt the snake sisters was becuase they read his attacks and reflected them using some tech.

exp: luffy can hit kizaru but kizaru's beam would still pass through luffy

I never said Perona can fight at an even level, baaaka .

I said, under the most optimal circumstances for Perona (where she set up her hollow body with her real body hid safely at a far away place), Perona and her logia opponent will fight to a standstill. She can't really touch them (ghost body), but might be able to cripple them mentally (because her hollows aren't physical either).

Assuming they are fighting near a beach, when a logia is mentally crippled, all Perona have to do is use lots of Mini-hollows to blow up the ground beneath the logia, hoping that underneath the wet sand is the ocean.
