I'll echo the thanks, thank you . Maybe you're 4 weeks behind but with the amount of text you're like 100 chapters ahead when compared to other shounens. Every Gintama chapter has like 5x more text than B***ch 4x more than N****o and 2x more than O** P***e.

Though one thing, can you do me a favor and get the Vicitude raws? Cause the ones from Raw Bunko are like shit quality. I can't even read them anymore. If not, it's fine, I'll keep on trucking, but I just thought I'd ask.

Just thought I'd point out that I AM taking requests again. I don't have a whole lot of room to say so in the sig, but please no Shounen Jump series, ******, harem, or romance. (Includes romantic comedies as well.) I'd prefer shounen series, since I can read those pretty well, but I guess I need to get out of the kiddy pool eventually. So throw me some Seinen, but keep in mind it'll take me longer to get through those since I'm not too good at reading without Furigana. I'm not squeamish, but overly violent or sexual manga are quick ways to turn me off. The window for requests is pretty much the next two weeks. If I don't hear anything by then, (or no one recommends anything that I personally would want to do) then I'll find something on my own.

I think it meets your requirements. It's a bit old, and quite kiddy, but that shouldn't be much of an issue.

There are no public raws of it. A few pages can be found here and there, for example>http://www.whitelionrestorations.com/1990-2-inside.jpg

I have all three volumes, and can scan them for you and/or others to see, but it would only be if your answer was a definite "yes." The volumes are old and out of print.

She loves to cosplay and always drags her bodyguard into trouble.
I would categorize this series as Seinen Comedy and although AMAZUME Ryuta
is known for ecchi, this series is in comparison to his other works really tame/normal.
I can't tell if this has Furigana in it but i hope you could consider it anyway.

I'll have to read the raw to get an idea of what we're looking at furigana wise. It's....not really my thing, but I did promise to at least look at people's requests. The art looks interesting to say the least....but I can't read manga while I'm at work. I'll update a reply tonight or tomorrow.

I did manage to read this a little, and it has no furigana, so I wouldn't be able to translate it very well. >_< It's my fault for not being so great at Japanese, and not so much yours or the manga. Hopefully with some training I can stop relying on my furigana crutch but for now It wouldn't be fair to you or the fans if I were to translate it with my current skill level. (The D ranking isn't for Damn awesome, unfortunately.)

Just dropping by to ask something. I actually asked it through PM, but anyway... I think I'll stop proofreading Hajimete no Aku up to chapter 115, okay? Since I visited Hyena Scans website a while ago and their last chapter release of Hajimete no Aku was 113. I bet they must have been working on 114 already, so my proofreading would start from 115 to the latest translation you've released. Is that okay? Thanks!

I don't know whether by Shounen Jump you are implying a [weekly], but if so, Uchimizu Tooru's Agrippa is running in Square. I don't think anyone has been translating it (aside from the first chapter). That I'd appreciate!

Do you know where I can find raws and stuff? You're right though, when I say no Jump, I mean the weekly mag. Most of the time the series in that get translated days after the raws hit the net, and my goal as a translator isn't to pounce upon the newest thing, but to do stuff that no one else would. If you can find me raws and it's interesting...and most of all not too overly wordy, I may give it a shot. ^^ No promises though, of course.

That's fine. They take some time to get from chapter to chapter, so feel free to 114 if you have the free time. Thanks a lot for your hard work.

Hmm, I didn't consider the raw situation, and a search doesn't bring up anything... well, not too surprising, I suppose. But tell you what. Check out the first chapter (there's a Edited Manga available in the usual areas one might seek such a thing) and if you like it and feel like working on it, I'll buy a copy of Volume 1 and send it to you by post. The series gets only four chapters a year so I wouldn't even notice the extra expense, nor would it be much work for you (and Uchimizu certainly does not tend to be wordy)!

That said, don't feel bad about telling me if you read it and dislike it, since I know that Uchimizu is pretty quirky and definitely not for everyone. He did get all three of his series cancelled early in WSJ, and that doesn't do much to recommend him. Thing is, Asklepios was so wildly awesome (despite a not-necessarily-convincing start) that I was delighted to see that he was given another chance to work with Jump, even if it's in mightily slow fashion. At least I can't imagine that there's much of a risk of cancellation anymore :P
