chess and its beauty is cool but improving is so hard man... The higher your elo is, the more you understand how hard the game is feels like im closer in terms of skill with a baby than with a guy with 100 more elo than me

Still, I like playing or learning chess because it lets you acquire the ability to thing several steps ahead. Though, when I left playing it fades away.

I would guess internet chess is infested with AI bots.

Well, even 15 years ago, time to time we were playing the same moves the opponent does against a very hard computer and just apply the computer's moves ourselves xD As a result, to at least not let this weirdness I was only playing bullet chess, but the required cognitive ability for normal-blitz-bullet is different in each.

never been easier to cheat as my phone would beat every top player 100% of the time xd
