I still find it weird that so many rave characters have continuosly appeared in the manga though. Is it possible that the article meant that plot-wise rather than universal-wise(as in both manga's happening in the same universe but with completely unrelated plots)?

That would be a no. The bit right after the giant text goes:

"My previous work RAVE and Fairy Tail take place in entirely different worlds. You might spot characters other than Sieglein who look rather familiar, as well, but they are completely different people. I simply made Sieglein as a kind of homage for the benefit of the readers who enjoyed RAVE. He's not the same person as Sieghart, and his personality is different as well. As such, you don't need to worry if you don't even know who Sieghart is. Just one thing - Sieghart was a really cool, nice guy, so I think Sieglein is probably going to be a bad guy. Well, we'll have to wait and see."

Well, it's certainly a reference to, if not Ultraman specifically, then tokusatsu heroes in general. Whether he actually has a limit or not, I can't say. Wouldn't be surprised if he does, wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't.

Sup dude got another Bleach related question, this one in connection with the latest:

Hiyori's repetitive name calling screams, you translated them as 'dickhead'. I think it suits her because other earlier spoiler translations I saw had it as 'baldy'.

Now some other member on this Bleach site says that your translation is and I quote bullshit.

hage = bald its just that the translation you showed is bullshit

I love how all these jackasses keep changing it to dickhead like they are spicing it up and think they know more than the original author instead of just sticking to the original damn script like they should be instead of trying to throw their own 2 cents in on they think it should be instead of what it actually translates to

I'd like to defend your translations because I hold them in very high regard so I wanna ask you if this dude had any truth to that hage = bald claim?

Yes, "hage" literally means "bald". Just like "dickhead" literally means someone has a dick instead of a head. They're just insults. I don't translate "hage" as "bald" in this context in English because it would be just plain unnatural in English for Hiyori to go around calling everyone bald when they're clearly not.
