This match is what everyone was looking for, it should be spectacle, and guess what? I'm gonna be working at Wembley for that match on the 28th; just found out today :dancin
:o That's awesome! :zomg

I don't think this final is gonna be that great. Probably gonna be a repeat of the 2009 final.

It WILL be a repeat of that year, cos Barca are better than they were that year and even though Utd are still a great team I still fancy Barcelona for this one.

So what do you people think about the punishment that UEFA gave Mourinho? He got 5 matches suspension (can be reduced to three with good behavior, and the Barcelona - RM match last week counts as one match), meaning he will be suspended for the first 2-4 matches of CL next year.

Also, Barca's players (I'm looking at you Dani Alves) got no punishment despite filming so well that he could have been a master actor in Hollywood.

I think 5 matches is somewhat a lot but UEFA have their ways of dealing out punishments that can leave us all gobsmacked. is I think if it was just considering the "well done" comment then I wouldve said it was harsh, but even then, I think with 3 matches or so he would've learnt his lesson.

At the very least I would've expected Alves to have at least received an individual fine or something because he's always the first Barca(most times only) to take jabs at Madrid and after the 2nd leg it was no different.( I can't remember exactly what he said, but something about being tired of playing them....blah blah blah)

Well, mourihno did act in a deplorable manner. Seriously, his team barely had possession of the ball and he still complained and made all those accusations. He played a notoriously defensive football because he knew he would get clobbered if they played their normal offensive football (6-2, 5-0 seriously).

The expulsions might have been caused by acting but that is also part of the sport these days; all teams do it and that includes RM. Barca just so happens could win an oscar (I still can't figure out how the last red card happened lol). It's a brutal combination, they confuse the referees and on top of that they do have a superior game. I don't think it would be all too fair to penalize players after the game, it should be something penalize when the game happens. Even then, being caught faking is a yellow card at most....

Puyol will lose a leg and Messi will be taken ill the night before the game. Iniesta and Xavi can go to hell. Wembley '11 final will not be a repeat of '09. We're going to show those arrogant mofos...how to play the true "Joga Bonito" way of football on the night. We're gonna be sending them back home first class on easyjet. I hope Hernandez gets the man of the match award.

For all that to happen bugzee, Manchester United will first have to touch the ball.

It's gonna be a lesson in ball posession and all that is good about football. I used to be really worried about Barca's defence as it's the source of their(probably) few weaknesses but they have Pique who is a ROCK, I mean Utd fans must kick themselves when they see how well he's improved since he's been at Barca, I guess sometimes a team can make or break a player.

Let's say it like this, I will be surprised if MAN U wins. However anything can happen in football so we will see, but I see Barca as clear favorites. RM vs MAN U would have been a much more even and exciting game in my honest opinion. Barca's playstyle and awesome ball possession just makes every team that plays against them look boring, it's a shame really. I just pray that the referee won't decide the game, let the players do so, and no freaking diving either. This is football not snorkeling.

Everyone gushes over Barca's possession football, but seems to forget what happens when they come up against a defensively disciplined team. For all their keep ball they might as well have gone and banged their heads against a brick wall last year. I agree with 3c. Real Mardrid vs Man U would have been a far better spectacle.

In fact when it comes down to it the only difference between Guardiola and Murinho when he was at Chelsea is their prefered route to goal; threading passes as opposed to having a target man in the box. Keeping the ball for long periods of time without doing anything constructive with it is just another way of stiffling your opponent.

Well another rollercoaster perfomance from Arsenal that I'm sure has put more people in hospital :facepalm. They won't have a better chance to win the league like they did this year; Man Utd were far from their best and so were Chelsea. Next season Spurs, Man City and Liverpool will all be stronger and I dunno about Arsenal :s

Also watched the Man Utd vs Chelsea match today Chelsea just didn't turn up today, and Man Utd put on a very good team performance with stand out performances from Park, Giggs, Hernandez, Rooney and Valencia. Ashley was tortured by Valencia on the left hand side so much during that game that I almost felt sorry for him.

I didn't get to see all of the Arsenal game, but it was clear from the first half that they didn't give a damn about playing today. Though, I'm glad Stoke won and I hope they win the F.A Cup :D Go Kenwyn! :yelling

Did not see the Chelsea game either, but I saw the highlights for the goals.... Chelsea :fail That first goal was waaaaaaay too easy.

Seeing that Man City lost, if Liverpool wins tomorrow they have a chance to finish in the final Champions League spot :dancin

I love how Liverpool have managed to come back from what was looking like a relegation battle almost. Credit to Kenny Dalglish and I look forward to seeing them next season.

Maxi is on fire since he came back and Suarez fits right in. I never thought he would play this well at first, but the way Dalglish has the whole team playing together :zomg
It's amazing :D
