You do know Liverpool used to play a passing game in the 70s and 80s right?

But yeah, unless we get some midfielders and strikers, I don't see it working. I've been waiting a long time for Liverpool to buy Honda, but it seems they have forgotten about him.
70s and 80s huh!? You lovin' the old tapes hey!?
Honda would actually be a good signing for you guys. Really good player to fill the role just behind the main striker imo. Given Liverpool's heritage, tradition and fans...it just wouldn't work and I doubt they would chase him now.
Liverpool's gone through a weird phase these past couple of years. They need a long serving manager to calm shit down. They need to give this new manager some fricking time. I was happy to hear that he intends to keep Joe Cole and give him a chance next season. I think he'll do well for you guys. =)
I see Harry Rednapp as the basis and the foundation of all Totenham got in the last years in Premiere League and Europe (Champions and Europe League), so it won't be asy to replace and several key players can really leave the club now.
It's painful times at Spurs. Chelski winning the CL, ultimately, paved way for Rednapp's exit imho. The board had enough patience and I generally think Rednapp is happy leaving. It'll be even more interesting now to see what becomes of the squad before the new season kicks in. They seriously have a great team in particular in the midfield department. It would be torture for any spurs fan to see Modric, Parker and Vaart leave. It took them so many seasons to get those kind of players in. In all honesty, what they've been lacking for the past two seasons is a solid, consistent goal scoring machine in front of the midfield. They need a Suarez of their own.
Utd should get Parker and Modric.
