Also Sterling seemed to have a brilliant game. If he plays several games like this, his price tag won't questioned anymore. Since young English players always go on a premium value.

^LFC was pretty good for the first 20mis but we died down afterwards, second half was pretty bad as Origi was pretty bad and gave no options for Countinho and Lallana, if we had Big Ben or Daniel we might have done better but Migz, Sakho, Lucas, Can and Clyne played very well, Moreno had nothing to do on the left as Can killed Tottenham's attacks on their right wing, i was very disappointed in Origi because of him Countinho was really out of the game

It's good to see us win even when we're completely dominated by the opponents. Granted some luck went towards those goals, but sometimes you need that in football.

Good win but still an uphill climb to qualify, we still need to beat Bayern at theirs and the best we're probably going to do 2nd place....again.

The problem is that Wenger runs the club as if he were the benefactor pumping money in from his own pocket.

Great round of results this weekend for us, hopefully we can maintain this for a bit.

Well, there's a first time for everything. It's kinda annoying seeing how bad they've been this season and knowing we still lost to them. Our team need to see a psychiatrist about that.

Good win for the boys though, against one of our bogey teams and good for Campbell to get on the scoresheet with his first goal for the club. Now to improve on that against Bayern again; we can't afford to be complacent as we were in that first half at Swansea, we would get battered.

I just don't get how did that happened. Benitez should've known Cheryshev was suspended. Same goes to other players and his staffs. And even if he accidentally selected Cheryshev then Cheryshev should've informed Benitez that he is not allowed to play. This is not something expected from a professional player or manager. This is just retarded.

United are pants. Really and truly an embarrassment. Van Gaal brought in the wrong players. I'm astonished that they still refuse to fill the void left by Vidic. All our defenders are crap. Smalling only looks good in the current team because they are crap. Glad we got knocked out otherwise we would've most certainly been destroyed by one of the big contenders this year.

As for prospects for the remainder of the season....well top 4 would be nice but judging from our boring and robotic playing style that is looking unlikely. We will mess up along the way. The players need to actually move on the field. They are currently so slow and sloppy on the ball. Manager-wise, LVG is not the right person however the one manager I felt could improve us has now joined Liverpool. No point on switching it up now. If United do seek a new manager it will probably be Carlos Ancelotti. Not the most ideal but he is probably the only manager in the last 5-6 years who can promise success wherever he is...with at least one trophy.

Would be nice to see Leicester win the league. However, I feel Citeh or the Goons might pinch it out of the blue.

Watching South American league football is actually more entertaining at present then the major European leagues in my opinion. Germany - Munich is running the show. Spain - Barcelona/Madrid as usual England - Not really impressed this season. Italy - defensive play and lacking in new exciting teams/players.

It's weird season of football no matter how you look at it.
