Back at Arsenal he did many goals over rivals that were 'allowed' when they shouldn't have been! I couldn't picture any other french player doing the samething and getting away with it!

Oh well, its kinda old but I still can't believe GREECE actually won the Euro Cup LOOOL!

The thread seems to have died, but what better week to revive it then this weekend. 4 huge worldwide derbies on the weekend. liverpool vs Everton , sporting vs Benfica, Arsenal vs chelsea, Madrid vs Barcelona.

My predictions:
Liverpool 1 Everton 2
Sporting 1 Benfica 9000
Arsenal 10 Chelsea 1 (Because we are that much better than our neighbours)
Madrid 0 Barcelona 0 with 0 chances (Something that is so looked forward too can only dissapoint)

And Messi won the Golden Boot 2009. The 2nd classified, Ronaldo, got about half the votes Messi got. I think it was the biggest vote difference ever. I don't know why. I think it'd be more even. Still, its been 2 years since the winner of the Golden Boot would be so obviously Ronaldo or Messi. I predict next year will be the same, looking at how Messi and Ronaldo are still their team's major stars.

Oh almost forgot. Sorry Imperium, looks like your Arsenal tasted this new Chelsea. I criticized them at the beginning, but now Chelsea looks unstoppable and with excellent performances too. They'll most likely loose form when the CAN starts, but the next transfer market will surely bring them reinforcements. Aguero seems to be the press favorite to replace Drogba and De Rossi for Essien. Both their clubs are doing very bad which could make the transfers possible.

W00t, at least there's only one "super" threat to Denmark: Holland.
Japan on the other hand is more of a black horse, I mean we beat Portugal but couldn't do anything against South Korea, and Cameron has Samuel Eto'o.
Only problem I see is coach saying we should aim for second place, that's the loser mentality that gets you nowhere.

Tbh, the groups aren't very exciting. But, I'm looking forward to Germany V Ghana *come on Essien * Brazil Vs Portugal & Ivory Cost should be very good matches!

Damn it how come African best hope had to end up in the Group of Death.

I think Cameroon, Ghana, and Nigeria should make it to at least the Round of 16.

The host nation is screw. How the heck did France of all teams end up been in a easy group.

Group A: In my opinion, this group is "anything can happen" group. Hard to guess since France isn't in good shape. But I will risk a bit, boldly: 1st Mexico 2nd South Africa
Group B: 1st Argentina, 2nd Nigeria
Group C: 1st England, 2nd U.S. (creator and creature, it'll be a interesting match)
Group D: 1st Germany, 2nd Ghana
Group E: 1st Holland, 2nd Japan (Go Tsubasa, Go! hahaha)
Group F: 1st Paraguay, 2nd Italy
Group G: 1st Brazil, 2nd Côte d'Ivoire
