When I saw this thread, I couldn't help but think about Luffy's and Blackbeard's laughs. Their laughs are so iconic, even though not necessarily funny. Crocodile laugh is one of the most memorable too, but not "funny" in my opinion, more like annoying like a typical villain laugh should be.
