I never read the manga for this but the anime was hysterical so I assume but Genshiken. Just a manga about Otaku's.

K-ON all the way.

There are a few more but I would like to choose Kon. The characters are well developed and moe...On top of that, there are many jokes in between.

i'm liking Lilienthal, but is it really a gag manga? (if it is, it will be the first gag that i'm reading continuously)
it seems more like a normal comedy manga than a gag manga, since it seems to have a on-going plot, and the length is normal.

maybe i'm too biased on gag.

Sort of depends on what you think is funny based on "a regular series with funny bits" or "a general gag series". A lot of the series I usually read are more the former (a lot of shonen are like that but I think stuff like OP, Rave, Ueki and such are great with weird cutaways and moments amidst their serious sides) but I still love a good series that's just gags. Though it's not laugh-out-loud for every bit, Azumanga Daioh will always remain a classic in gag manga.

I haven't read that many gag manga, but I've laughed a lot of other series.

Beelzebub is probably the funniest I've read. One Piece is also pretty funny, but not often enough. Yotsuba&! is funny too, but in my opinion it's more entertaining and cute.

Just started reading Arakawa Under the Bridge, and I must say it got some hilarious moments!

I've also read a little of Gintama, and I thought it was very funny. Don't know why I stopped reading actually.

I don't know if it was mentioned already,but Kinnikuman is hilarious!
Just like Nichijou.You should watch the anime adaption.It's epic win!

I'm a little dissapointed by the amount of times between scans but the first two chapters of Yondemasu yo, Azazeru-san were hilarious. If nothing else, I recommend watching the anime.
